The idea
Independent Minecraft servers stay independent — no shared proxy farm. Multiverse Portals links them with sticky [Multi], fixed [To] (IP:port or directory id), and round-trip [Pair]. A central hub at mp.mvse.ws collects heartbeats over HTTPS; MySQL stays private on the hub only.
